Get measured in store
A fitter measures you and checks the fit on you, then a manager double-checks it. Minor alterations happen in store the same visit.

Come back as your body changes
Swelling goes down, weight comes off, the contour settles. Come back for refitting and adjustment, included with your package.

A fitting is best booked ahead, especially if your surgery date is close, because a fitter needs uninterrupted time with you. Walk-ins are welcome and the store is often busy, so calling first means you are not waiting.
How soon before surgery should I be fitted?
As early as you can. Patients regularly come to us with days to spare and we do our best, but an earlier fitting means the garment allows for swelling properly and any alterations are done before you need it.
What is included in the alterations window?
The Bariatric Package includes 12 months of unlimited alterations. Patients tell us they come back for refitting and adjustment repeatedly as sizes come down, and that it is included.
Can I buy a garment online without being fitted?
No. Every garment is cut to one person’s measurements, so ordering one without a fitting means receiving something that does not fit. The re-order page is for patients we have already measured.
My surgeon referred me. What do they need to send?
Usually nothing in advance. Bring your procedure, your date, and your surgeon’s name to the fitting. We have working relationships with a wide variety of cosmetic surgeons and can coordinate directly where a practice asks us to.
Do you fit men?
Yes. We make a compression vest cut for a male frame, and we fit men after bariatric surgery, skin reduction, and for back support.
Do you fit after mastectomy?
Yes. Alongside custom-made bras for the mastectomy market, we make bras for any woman, with particular expertise for very large breasted women and those who experience back pain.
